During this 2 weeks we would also have 2 calls (online) in which you can participate and share your experiences.
During this period of self-care and reflection, you can also take part in meditation (Spanish) online on Wednesday mornings and yoga (english/spanish) on the beach on Sunday mornings.
The introduction is free of charge and afterwards it depends on you, you can participate with meditation and yoga or only with one. The detox programme alone would be 30 euros.
