Dive deep into the calming, womanly practice of Yin Yoga. This workshop will focus on relaxation techniques, gentle poses, and deep stretching to help release tension and improve flexibility. Yin Yoga is a female-orientated praxis, allow yourself to connect with this energy.
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this workshop is designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and especially with your energy centers -chakras -.
We will practise 7 times on Monday evening together, each date one chakra.
On Monday 16.06 we start with our roots - Muladhara -
Second class 23.06 is about our sacral space - Svadhisthana -
We will explore, on 30.06, our center - Manipura -
Open your heart in this practice, on 07.07 - Anahata-
Connect with - Vishuddha - throat on 14.07
The six chakra - Ajna - is related to our third eye on 21.07
And at the end - Sahasrara - on 28.07
