YOGA EXPERIENCE SUNRISE ON THE BEACH

Práctica de Kundalini Yoga con la salida del Sol ☀en la playa de Sant Martí d'Empúries.
Nos encontraremos a las ⏲️ 6:00 en la arena de la misma playa, mirando al mar al lado izquierdo del espigón.
Haremos 1h de Kundalini Yoga y seguiremos con una preciosa meditación con canto de mantras.
Al finalizar, iremos a desayunar al bar del pueblo medieval.
Es importante traer una esterilla y/o pareo, un cojín y una botella de agua.
Será un amanecer inolvidable.🌅

Kundalini Yoga practice at sunrise ☀ on Sant Martí d'Empúries beach.
We'll meet at ⏲️ 6:00 on the sand of the beach, facing the sea to the left of the breakwater.
We'll practice Kundalini Yoga for 1 hour, followed by a beautiful meditation with mantra chanting.
Afterwards, we'll go for breakfast at the bar in the medieval village.
It's important to bring a yoga mat and/or sarong, a cushion, and a water bottle.
It will be an unforgettable sunrise. 🌅
