Reviewing code can be a tricky thing to master. As authors, you are at the mercy of your teammates to get your code merged without getting frustrated, and as reviewers - the pr process takes valuable time to review, time that you could utilize to advance your own projects, but HEY! Code quality matters, right?
In this talk, I will show you how we can fine-tune the process of reviewing code so it will be much quicker, with less friction, and allow yourself to have a great impact on the author as well.
