Learn how to contribute to GitLab's open source codebase through practical examples and real merge requests. Gerardo will walk you through finding good first issues, setting up your development environment, and navigating the contribution process from fork to merge. As an active GitLab open source contributor, he brings extensive hands-on experience with the platform's codebase and development workflow.

**Gitlab Tools Panorama and repow** **by [Daniel Galán y Martins](https://galan.de)**

Working with large amounts of git-repository can be cumbersome to manage. On the one side locally, keeping the zoo of git-repositories up-to-date. On the other, keeping track of the increasing amount of the CI/CD pipeline states. Using the Gitlab-API, Daniel build two tools to simplify developer workflows and gain more transparency and insights into your Gitlab pipelines.
