Starters Guide to Going Remote

Details

With the current situation surrounding the spread of the COVID-19 disease, we feel that it’s important that all of our teams are thinking about how they will continue their work in a temporarily fully remote environment for now, and potentially continue to grow that way when the situation is under control. We want to cover the gamut - from tools and services you can use to stay in touch and on top of all your projects, to healthy internal team rituals and behaviors you can model as a founder or team leader, to how your interactions with customers, users, and your larger developer communities will change. At this session we will equip you with the resources you need to rapidly transition your teams to a remote environment without losing momentum in your business.
