Led by a certified therapist, this short active subconscious rewiring session based on science around neuroplasticity - our brain’s natural ability to form new connections, learn new behaviors, and build new mindsets through experience and repetition.

Many of our beliefs around confidence, self-worth, career, money, and habits are formed and stored in the subconscious. The subconscious mind constitutes approximately 95% to 97% of brain activities! These beliefs quietly influence how we think, feel, and behave. When we work directly at this level, change happens easily and effortlessly.

This session is designed to actively support new neural pathways by guiding your attention, focus, and internal responses, rather than just relaxation alone. The work is subtle but powerful. Although we are tapping into your subconscious, you are conscious the whole time and you will remember what happened.

No prior experience is needed. You don’t have to do anything - just listen, follow along, and allow the process to work.

You’re welcome to keep your video on or off but please stay muted. I may also have my video off at times to ensure stable connectivity. The collective intention and shared focus of the group support the process.

Please try your best to join on time. If you arrive late, take a few deep breaths, settle in, and gently bring your attention to my voice.

This is a deeply relaxing session. Emotions may come up, along with tears - it's perfect if this happens because emotions that are not released often show up as illnesses, crying is wat better!
