Your mind learns by repetition and your mind believes everything you let in. With enough repetition, it’s no longer about what you do. It becomes who you are.

This is how I wake up at 5am everyday without an alarm. How I exercise daily (I used to hate it). How I’ve become healthier and wealthier in every way as I get older (and hopefully wiser too) :)

These sessions are tasters of how powerful 10 focused minutes on yourself can be. It's exactly what you need to hear to start your day, reset midday or to close the day with the right mindset. If most days feel good, with some great days in between, imagine where you’ll be in 3 months. You're unstoppable when you feel amazing!

Headset and a quiet space are recommended but not required. Take this time for yourself. If possible, close your eyes and let the words sink in. If you’re driving, commuting, or sitting in the office, simply allow yourself to enjoy the words and receive them with openness.
