Are high income earners just born that way… or do they learn it?

Most of us didn’t grow up in a fairy-tale childhood. No family is perfect. In fact, many of the successful people I know chose happiness because they realized it simply feels better than living in stress, negativity, or depression. Or that was the only way they knew how to survive.

And with practice, that ability to find joy becomes stronger—like a muscle. The more you use it, the easier it becomes to access when life gets challenging.

In this session, we’ll hear from our guest speaker Jasmine Hunter, a high income software engineer from California. Jasmine grew up with her own set of challenges, but she never allowed any of the circumstances define her. Instead, she became incredibly intentional about how she thinks, how she structures her day, and how she creates small moments of joy for herself.

I met Jasmine during her very first solo trip. She is positive, bubbly, polite, and just genuinely pleasant to be around. And when music started playing - she turned into a full dance diva! Jasmine is smart, creative, joyful, and thriving in her career as an engineer.

The best and easiest way to learn (in my opinion) is often from people who are actually living it.

This conversation will be facilitated by a certified therapist, and together we’ll explore some practical questions like:

  • How do little habits affect your mood and mindset throughout the day?
  • Where can someone start if they want to feel happier?
  • Does being happy make you more money?
  • What do happy people do when they have bad days?
  • How can you create small moments of joy even during stressful periods?

Come join us for a relaxed, honest conversation about happiness, habits, and the little things that can make life feel a lot better.
