You can share whatever you want.
A story. A thought. Something funny. Something meaningful. Something random. Or… absolutely nothing at all.

Everyone gets 2 minutes of floor time.
What you do with those 2 minutes is completely up to you.

Camera off / muted
You know people are watching, and that feels uncomfortable and that’s okay. Learn to sit with the silence and realize nothing bad happens.
🌿 Intermediate
Camera off / speak at your own pace
Pretend no one is watching. Practice speaking your mind. Learn to have a voice.
🔥 Advanced
Camera on / take your time
Allow yourself to take up space. No need to perform. No need to impress. Just speak and let yourself be seen.

Practice is how you gain strength,
Come nervous. Come curious. Come exactly as you are.
