### 🌄 What We’ll Be Doing

This is a choose-your-own-adventure style weekend in one of the most beautiful parts of Colorado. Options include:

  • 🥾 Climbing 14ers
  • Handies Peak
  • Redcloud & Sunshine Peaks
  • 🚴 Mountain / gravel biking
  • 🚙 Jeeping / 4WD exploring on the Alpine Loop
  • 🔥 Camping, hanging out, and soaking up July 4 in the high alpine

You don’t have to do everything — pick what fits your fitness, experience, and energy.

### 🏔️ 14er Routes

Handies Peak (via Silver Creek / Grizzly Gulch)

  • One of the most approachable 14ers
  • Longer approach, steady climb, incredible basin scenery
  • Great option if you want a summit without technical scrambling

Redcloud & Sunshine Peaks (combo route)

  • Long, strenuous day
  • Big elevation gain
  • Classic San Juan suffering → reward ratio 😄

### 🚙🚵 Alpine Loop (Jeeping / Biking)

The Alpine Loop is perfect for:

  • 4WD / Jeeping
  • Mountain or gravel biking
  • Scenic exploring, waterfalls, mining ruins, and epic views

### 🏕️ Camping Details (Important)

  • Dispersed camping only — no toilets, no water, no cell service
