For the second GLAM meeting, we want to talk about Machine Learning (ML) in our field. The application of ML grows fast and will help us to do more boring work with fewer human interactions. For sure, there are drawbacks and legit criticisms toward ML. We do not believe it will solve all our problems and make human expertise obsolete. But there are problems we can solve with ML. We will host three talks from experts with practical experience in the field. After the presentations, we can discuss the potential and dangers of ML.
