Companies often struggle with managing high volumes of emails in a shared inbox, leading to inefficiencies and backlogs. I will demonstrate a solution that uses Named Entity Recognition (NER) to extract data and Text Classification to assign emails to the correct department, streamlining the triage process.

Based on lessons learned from an insurance company, this session will include a hands-on demo covering practical steps from Logic apps to leveraging Azure AI for text analysis. The techniques discussed will be applicable across various industries. Join us to discover how to create a scalable, low-code solution that enhances operational efficiency.
