PREPARATIONS
Journey time: Total Breathwork Journey is 90 mins. Total session will be for 3 hours with opportunity to ask qtns and receive coaching. Breathwork journey is done lying down on the flat surface. Use yoga mat and a small blanket (in case your body goes cold during the journey). No Children and No noise.
No eating heavy meals before the journey. No alcohol in your system before the session.
