What we’re about
I am the author of 'hidden walk' books covering London, Edinburgh and New York and other books such as 'Secret Glasgow' and 'Tribes of Glasgow') (see my website ***stephenmillarwalks.com*** for full details). I set the group so people could tag along as I researched a new Glasgow walking guide, but as that is largely done I have kept the group going as it is great fun to try out experimential walks in Glasgow and Edinburgh. The group is also a fantastic way for people to meet new friends and explore parts of cities that people may otherwise never have a reason to visit. Walks normally take place monthly at weekends and look at interesting/hidden features (e.g film locations, old railway tunnels, site of demolished shipyards, houses haunted by ghosts. masonic symbols etc...). I also encourage 'guest' walk leaders so if you know someone who has a particular expertise and may be willing to share it on a walk, pls let me know. Best wishes Stephen Millar

I would love to have people in the group come along, particularly as many of you have walked everal of the walks with me. It is £3 admission - not going to me but helps cover costs at the book shop for staff etc. I've put a link below where you can get a ticket:

There is an optional short walk at 6:00, followed by the event in the bookshop at 6:30 pm. I hope it will be a great way to people who have been part of the group over the last few years!
