Stronachlachar hill circular, grade easy B
Ascent 400m, 8 km, 4h

We take the minimum of cars up the twisty road to Stronachlachar.

The route first follows the good track of the old Statute Labour Road towards Inversaid before turning SSE towards Aberfoyle across the hillside above the B829, then turning NE up a lovely faint path through sparse woodland over the shoulder of Meall Meadhonach (271m) following a line of old (water?) towers and down to Loch Katrine and finally along it’s south shore back to Stronachlachar. Lovely views throughout.
