Milarrochy Bay & Cashel Forest, circular, grade c+
Details
Circular walk from Milarrochy Bay Car Park on east side of Loch Lomond, 3 miles north of Balmaha on B837.
Walk starts with short section (2.7km) on West Highland Way before leaving at Cashel.
Plan to follow the Pine Path, black marked, the longest of 5 loops, with excellent views of Loch Lomond, weather permitting.
Return to carpark on same section of WHW
Meet: 10.00 at Milarrochy Bay Carpark (free last time I checked). Visitor Centre & Toilets
Duration: 4-5 hours (incl. breaks & photo stops)
Ascent: approx 360m (similar to Conic Hill at Balmaha)
Distance: 11km
