Grade C+ 18km. Linear walk from Overton along the Greenock and Kelly Cuts returning by train from Wemyss Bay to either Drumfrochar or Glasgow Central. 15km level walking and about 3km downhill to Wemyss Bay.
Meet at Overton Car Park PA16 9NW NS 266/749.
Good paths, though some muddy bits on the Kelly Cut.
Fantastic views on a clear day.
If coming by train, get the 9:17 from Glasgow Central to Wemss Bay, alight at Drumfrochar, due there at 10:15. Buy a return ticket to Wemyss Bay, £10.40.
