This walk will be at a moderate pace.

We will be leaving Morag's Lodge (Fort Augustus) at 8:30 am with an approx 1hr drive to the start point at Aberarder Car Park. Climbing roughly north-west then south west we will follow the track to Lochan A'Choire at the head of Coire Adair. Once at the lochan we will take a short break before we head up the narrowing gully to join the ridge. From there we will head southish up to the broad ridge and turn west to the summit where we will have another break. . Approx 4 hrs. Depending on the weather and how we feel we may pop over to Puist Coire Adair to check out the views before returning to our ascent path for the return trip.

All participants must be appropriately fit and must have suitable gear i.e. waterproof jacket and trousers, walking boots, warm layer, hat, gloves, food and drink.
Climbing, hill walking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.
