October Meetup - OpenTelemetry for Web

Welcome to the GlasgowJS October Meetup! We'll be meeting on Tuesday 13th October, 18:30 at the Waracle office.
We'll be hearing from Carly Richmond (Senior Manager of Developer Advocacy at Elastic) on OpenTelemetry for Web:

> Observability is the ability to measure a system's current state. SREs are familiar with OpenTelemetry signals and how they can diagnose issues. Yet in the frontend world, we’re behind the curve.
> Join me as I dive into the current state of OpenTelemetry for Web. I’ll cover a simple example of logging, metrics and tracing using OTel web, specifically the Client Instrumentation libraries, and the types of metrics and traces we should collect to diagnose performance issues and client usage in UIs.
And a lightning talk from Fuad Laguda on a bug hunt!
