New Mindfulness Course Starting Soon!
* Learn the fundamentals of Mindfulness through an accredited teacher with the support of a group;
* Access support for Mindfulness in daily life including weekly handouts and online meditations;
* Connect with other meditators and mindfulness practitioners from your local area.
This new 6-week course will begin on Friday 11th October from 2pm to 3:30pm. Taster sessions are offered for 3 weeks beforehand to meet Fi, ask questions, and try out meditation. Registration is required and spaces are limited.
About the 6-week Course
This 6-week Mindfulness Course will follow the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness. Each week will include some teaching, guided meditations, and opportunity to ask questions, with a focus on a different meditation and mindfulness in daily life home practice. Digital handouts and online guided meditations are provided to support your practice.
We have chairs and a range of meditation cushions and can support you to find a comfortable posture – laying down is also welcome!
About Fi
I have over 20 years experience of meditation and have learnt with some tremendous teachers from around the world. I am an accredited Mindfulness Teacher with Breathworks. See my website for more information about my personal journey and practice.
