About the 8-Week Course
Starting Wednesday 29 April | 6pm – 8:30pm
During the course we will explore the Four Foundations of Mindfulness through guided meditation, teaching, and group discussion in a supportive and friendly environment.
You will learn:
• Practical mindfulness techniques for daily life
• How to work with thoughts and difficult emotions
• Ways to cultivate more ease, pleasure and balance
• Skills for emotional regulation and self-compassion
• How to deepen your meditation practice

No previous meditation experience is needed.
Chairs, cushions, and different postures are all welcome — including lying down.
About Me
I have over 20 years’ experience of meditation practice and am an accredited mindfulness teacher with Breathworks. I’ve learned with teachers from around the world and love supporting people to discover mindfulness in their own lives.
