Showing the Russian, Soviet-era science fantasy film Stalker (1979).

Widely regarded as one of Andrei Tarkovsky's masterpieces and often considered by critics and directors one of the greatest films of all time, Stalker follows three men as they enter "The Zone" in search of the illusive "Wish Granter".

The film is based on the book "Roadside Picnic" by Arkady and Boris Strugatsky, and served as heavy inspiration for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series of video games.

Showing on the 47th anniversary of it's original cinema release.

Film starts: 1900h

Run-time: 161+ minutes (there will be a short intermission about half-way through the film).

Audio: The film will be the original Russian language with subtitles in English.
