An online course for those who have completed our level one Buddhism and Meditation courses. Join us to explore the eightfold path together.

In the four noble truths, the Buddha taught that we will keep getting caught looking for satisfaction and peace where we cannot find it, thereby causing more suffering for ourselves and others. The eight fold path was the last of the four noble truths, and explores how to follow the path of vision and transformation.

This course will present the teachings and give us a chance to begin to understand how we can live the path for ourselves.

Six week class starting Wednesday, 20 May, at 7 - 8:30pm.
