We return after the summer and it's great to see you all again.
This month, the format has changed slightly with a longer session and the introduction of breakout rooms to increase connection and reflection.

In today's Happiness Club, I'll be sharing how to use your breath to manage and reduce anxiety and stress. By the end of the session, you will understand the physiology of stress and relaxation and exactly how to control how you feel with just your breath. The exact technique that I use every day and teach in my 21 Day Self-Compassion Journey.

The Happiness Club has been running for over 10 years and I love the community it creates.

Through this online group meeting, you will have direct access to me, a Happiness Evangelist and Life Coach with over 30 years of psychology, mental health and coaching experience as well as connecting with other like-minded women.
