One hundred years ago on 5/9/1923 two American boxing flyweights Kid Pancho and Gene LaRue KO'd each other simultaneously !
To commemorate the centenary of this feat, but hoping there will not be a repetition of this, we are holding the G❤️ ⚽️ 5/6s Pancho La Rue Cup 2023 at Glasgow Green on Tuesday 5/9/2023 750pm four 5/6 aside football games on Pitch C and G . Assemble outside Pitch G .Two half hour semis C and G, then Final on G ,runners up wooden spoon on C .Drinks/ snack/prizegiving /natter afterwards outside G.
