Open Studios at Delicious Glass and Western Avenue Studios

Hello, to all the experienced and newbie glass fusers! Now is the time to come out to check out the glass studio and arrange of glass fusing class because I'm pretty sure this is the last year that I will be able to offer classes. Western Avenue Studios is a group of over 300 artists in a converted mill building that has Open Studios every first Saturday of the month. You can stroll by at your own pace chatting with friendly artists, see handmade art for sale, some offer classes and there's always lots of visually funkiness to see. We have a gallery/gift shop, a coffee shop and a food truck or two. If you are interested in learning and making your own glass fused art, now is the time. Classes typically take between 2-4 hours to finish. You learn all about glass fusing, how to cut glass, you pick from various projects and I am there to help you every step of the way. Individuals are most welcomed, 3 friends are great or 4 if you really love each other, it's a tiny studio. Due to the kiln firing process, your glass will be ready to be picked up in a week or so. Classes costs $125 per person and include all instruction, materials, use of studio and kiln firings. Classes can be scheduled 7 days a week, you choose your start time between 8 am and 8 pm.
