Compassionate Communication (CC), which is also known as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), helps people who want to be heard effectively and experience more peace in their dialogue with others and also themselves. People can feel more confident and connect more easily when they use objective observations, identify their feelings and needs and make requests that can be fulfilled in the present.
