If you’ve been feeling drained, overwhelmed, or not quite like yourself, this may be something you’ve been trying to understand for a while.

This is a 4-week guided group experience where we take time to slow down, bring awareness inward, and begin understanding how your system responds to stress, overwhelm, and past experiences.

Each session builds gently, allowing space for:
• Awareness
• Release
• Reconnection
• Integration

This is not about forcing change or trying to fix anything.

It’s about creating space for your system to begin settling and stabilizing.

The full 4-session experience is offered as a package for $222.

You’re welcome to join as you are. This experience is intended for personal awareness and support and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

To keep this space supportive and intentional, a minimum number of participants is needed for the group to move forward. If that number isn’t reached, the session may be rescheduled.

If anything comes up in the meantime, you’re welcome to reach out. Although the best intention is to be attend live, there will be a recording of each session available right after the session for about 1 week for your convenience.
