The purpose of this group is to bring people healing through meditation, energy healing, and to bring everyone support from a community! You will be able to join in person or on zoom! Look for the events that are either by donation or free! Everyone is welcomed!
Please come arrive prior to the starting time. Zoom is open at least 15 mins prior to and if in person, we are also there at least 15 mins prior to. Once event starts no one will be allowed to attend. Courtesy to all that are there on time.

Qigong (also known as Chi Kung) is composed of two sacred Chinese words. Qi (pronounced "chee") refers to the vital life force—the invisible energy that flows through all creation, connecting us to the universe. Gong (pronounced "gung") signifies mastery gained through devoted and consistent practice. Together, Qigong means “the cultivation of life energy,” a sacred art practiced to nurture well-being, promote healing, and awaken the body’s natural vitality.
Joanne is a devoted teacher in training with the Sheng Zhen Society, sharing the wisdom and grace of this heart-centered path.
Sheng Zhen means unconditional love—the pure, boundless love from which the universe itself was born. All life flows from this divine source. To live in harmony, we are called to return to that origin and reconnect with this love—not the limited love bound by ego or condition, but the eternal love that asks for nothing in return. As we open ourselves to Sheng Zhen, our bodies begin to heal, our hearts grow lighter, and the burdens of stress give way to joy, compassion, and a deep, abiding peace.
