Threads of Time: A Ceremony of Healing and Blessings on zoom/in person

Threads of Time is a 2-hour immersive ceremony of reflection, healing, and gratitude.
Guided through gentle teaching, meditation, sound, and visualization, you’ll explore your ancestral lineage — honoring the gifts and releasing the burdens carried through generations.
Together, we will:
- Reflect on family and lineage with compassion
- Experience guided meditations and sound bowl healing
- Journal and set heartfelt intentions

This ceremony is open to all backgrounds and levels of experience. Bring a journal, water, and an open heart.
