Join us for a nourishing one-hour journey into the heart space. This group is a gentle yet powerful activation of the heart chakra through the wisdom of essential oils and earth-based medicine.
We’ll begin with a short grounding practice, followed by a guided exploration of specific essential oils that open, protect, and balance the heart. Learn how plants carry vibrational frequencies that align with your emotional and energetic healing.
This is a space of remembrance, connection, and awakening. Whether you’re new to chakra work or deep on your healing path, this circle invites you to soften, receive, and reconnect with the Earth and your own inner wisdom.

• Intro to heart chakra themes (love, grief, connection, boundaries)
• Education on 3–5 key essential oils for heart healing
• Breath and intention setting
• Time to share experiences or questions (optional)
