Kundalini Yoga is an energetic practice; not so much a typical work out :)
It targets stagnated and blocked energetic fields in the Body and through breathwork and subtle movements you release highly charged creative reserves.
If you are open minded, and interested in the mind/body/soul connection, you will enjoy this practice.
My goal is to introduce you to your primal energy which uncoils with time, patience...
And slowly allows you to glide out of survival mode and into creator mode. 🎶
Lesson is donation based. 🌹
This will be a beginners class, and although i am fluent in Greek, it will be offered in English to best serve everyone.
The class will involve, breathwork, mantra, meditation and some light poses.
You can also bring your own mat.
