The Future of Gaza - (with guest speaker)

For this evening's meeting, we welcome Dr. Iyas Salim as our guest speaker. Born and raised in Gaza, Iyas has a doctorate in Global Studies from Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan. He has worked extensively on aid programs in Palestine. His current research focus is epistemicide - the systematic destruction of knowledge infrastructure and the elimination of scholars. Iyas currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Carleton University's College of Public and Global Affairs.
