Little Rock Savor the Art of Homemade Pasta

If you have ever wanted to learn the secrets behind a perfect bowl of pasta, I would love for you to join us for an afternoon of rolling, cutting, and cooking. We are hosting a casual gathering in Little Rock where we will walk through the process of making fresh, homemade noodles from scratch. This is a hands-on session, so come prepared to get a little flour on your apron and enjoy the tactile side of cooking.
This event is open to everyone, whether you have been making pasta for years or have never cracked an egg into a mound of flour in your life. We will keep things relaxed and focused on the process, ending the day by sharing a meal together with the pasta we have crafted. It is a great way to meet some fellow local food lovers and pick up a new skill in a comfortable, low-pressure environment.
