Global Chatter is Bologna’s largest international community, bringing together locals and people from all over the world through free weekly events that celebrate languages, cultures, and human connection. What started as a small idea has grown into a landmark social movement in the city — and beyond.

Every Wednesday night, hundreds of people gather in the heart of Bologna for what has become the city’s biggest recurring international meetup.
Our weekly format rotates between:

🌐 Language Exchange
🎤 Karaoke Night
🕺 Just Dance
🎲 Board Games & Social Games

It’s relaxed, welcoming, and designed so anyone can join — whether you want to practice a language, meet new friends, or just enjoy a fun night out.
