Open to adults of all backgrounds, this group fosters cultural exchange and welcomes non-native English speakers eager to enhance their communication skills, as well as native speakers who enjoy meeting people from diverse cultures and helping others.
This is not a formal English class but a relaxed language exchange where the host simply facilitates the gathering. It’s an opportunity for you to connect, engage in meaningful conversations, share experiences, and enjoy the activities together.
Our meetups typically last around three hours, with the option to stay longer if you wish. Group hosts act as facilitators but are not responsible for interactions or outcomes during events. Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being throughout the meetups.
What to Expect:
- Open to individuals 18 years or older.
- Meet like-minded people, practice English, and build friendships in a casual and welcoming setting.
- While at the pub, attendees are required to make a purchase and follow the venue’s rules and policies.
- Respect everyone’s privacy—filming or photography is discouraged to ensure a comfortable experience for all.
- Members who sign up for events but fail to attend without prior notice may be removed from the group.
- To maintain trust and community, all members must upload a clear profile picture showing their face. Those without one may be removed from the group.
- All attendees must sign up for events in advance rather than showing up unannounced. This ensures proper planning and is a courtesy to the organizers and other members.
