What is it?
Inspired by forest bathing, we will take a slow walk through the forest, stopping periodically to sing nature songs, tree songs, earth songs and river songs from various cultures. At the end we will form a circle in a clearing by the river, enjoy some tea and sing a bit more! A great way to combine the health and wellbeing benefits of singing and forest bathing, both of which reduce stress, boost the immune system, energise and basically fill you full of endorphins and good vibes.

"Just back from a nourishing forest song bath with the beautiful Rachel Dempsey. Voices blended in harmony beneath an autumn canopy of leaves. Reconnecting with nature, expertly and gently led by Rachel. I highly recommend the experience. " Alvina Byrne, Co Dublin
