It's my pleasure to invite you to our monthly Mama walk.
Come for connection, come for conversation and come as you are.

Together, we'll take a break from the busy-ness of being a Mama, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy each other's company. This Mama walk is a relaxed, children-free, group walk designed for your relaxation, connection and wellness in mind.

Whether you're a new mom, empty nester, or somewhere in between you are welcome here. There's no pressure, just support, story sharing and community building.

After the walk, we will grab coffee after at Orangerie Elswoutslaan
