This is an international programming and career community based in Japan.

We are excited to announce that Red Look, which has been operating as a community, has officially become a Non-Profit Organization (NPO) in Japan as of August 1st, 2025.
As NPO Red Look, we will continue hosting developer-focused meetups while also expanding into various events that support both Japanese individuals who aim to work abroad and foreign professionals who wish to build their careers in Japan — all through skill development and cross-cultural exchange.
