To help you overcome those challenges, NPO Red Look is hosting a friendly and practical career support workshop for foreign residents in Sagamihara City. このワークショップでは、日本での履歴書作成と就職活動のコツを、わかりやすく学ぶことができます。

## Workshop Contents | 内容

### Session 1: Resume Writing with Google Sheets（14:00–15:15）

Learn how to create a Japanese-style resume using Google Sheets, a free and easy-to-use tool.
無料ツール「Googleスプレッドシート」で、日本式の履歴書を作成します。
PC操作が不安でも大丈夫！講師がステップごとに画面を共有しながら丁寧にサポートします。
By the end, you’ll have your own completed resume ready to send to companies!
（完成した履歴書をそのまま企業に提出できる状態になります）

### Session 2: Understanding Japanese Work Culture & Career Strategy（15:30–16:30）

After finishing your resume, we’ll discuss how to approach job hunting in Japan.
履歴書を作成したあとは、日本の就活の進め方と企業文化について学びます。
Learn about:

• Japanese company culture（日本企業の文化）
• Common interview questions（面接でよく聞かれる質問）
• The typical job-hunting process（一般的な就活の流れ）
• How to plan your local career strategy（地域に合わせたキャリア戦略）

このセッションを通して、日本でのキャリアを考えるヒントを得ることができます。
