Facilitators Association of Japan presents AI Workshop on February 25th, 2017!

Dear Facilitators,

I am delighted to announce a workshop useful for facilitators of global communication. If you are interested in immersing yourself in a Japanese community of facilitators, this would be a good introduction to you because this will be done in English. If you intend to join this, let me know. I will help you register in the workshop. Note: you can not attend the workshop without registration. For more details, see the following excerpt from FAJ's website about the workshop:

" Are your familiar with AI（Appreciative Inquiry）? The definition of “Appreciate“ is to recognize values or something good and that of “Inquire“ is to seek and derive individual potentials in each mind.

AI is one of the facilitation tool focusing good points and success among people or organization. AI should derive the undiscovered force to change ourselves and achieve our objects.

This time we are honored to welcome Mr. Max Watanabe, the most famous leading expert of AI in Japan.

Max will facilitate the workshop with the theme “Attain further growth as a facilitator.” In this workshop, we employ the AI’s signature method named “4D-Cycle”, which would provide you with the following steps:

Discovery: Discover the strength and success you have had and analyze them to clarify and highlight your positive-core.

Dream: Describe the ideal facilitator.

Design: Make your plan clearly about what to do.

One more “D” will be introduced during the workshop. You will understand the essence of Appreciative Inquiry and find your yet-to-be-discovered potentials!

Notice: In this workshop, the lecture and all instructions would be provided in English.
