Often the greatest learning comes not from teaching but from facilitating participants to come to their own insights. Come learn how to facilitate using metaphors to translate abstract concepts into concrete images by participants. This experiential workshop mixes lessons from Will McWhinney’s Creating Paths of Change with LEGO™ Serious Play™, systemic work, storytelling, Appreciative Inquiry and Clean Language. This workshop is targeted at coaches and managers interested in learning more about facilitation from a seasoned facilitator.

IAF(The International Association of Facilitators)の認定ファシリテーターのJan Lelie氏をお招きし、参画と創造性を促進するワークショップの体験会を開催します。
