About us
The Philia Project e.V. is a nonprofit organization that turns values into action through a member-led community. We develop projects and create spaces for dialogue across equality, democracy, and international cooperation. The Global Women’s Empowerment Network is one of these projects—a series of local meetups where women engage in structured conversations based on the Philia communication method.
What We Do:
At Philia, we organize interactive live events designed to foster personal development, community building, and empowerment. Our events are enriched with digital elements to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for all participants. To prepare for the experience, we recommend starting with our Energy Snapshot exercise. It helps you reflect on your current state and get more out of the session: Energy Snapshot Exercise
What You’ll Get Out of Our Events:
- Inspiring Discussions: Engage in conversations that matter and inspire.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with a diverse group of like-minded individuals.
- Empowerment Exercises: Participate in activities that boost confidence and self-awareness.
- Professional Growth: Gain insights and skills that contribute to your personal and professional development.
- Community Support: Become part of a supportive and inclusive community.
Join us at our next event and be part of a community that empowers and inspires!
Get involved
If you feel aligned with how we work, you can also apply to become a member and take a more active role in the community. Some members contribute by supporting and guiding sessions. One of the key roles in our meetup project is the facilitator role, where members help create a structured and reliable space for group conversations.
