Interested in learning FMA?
We're running a beginner's class every week on Thursday at 5pm at Confederation Park. You'll learn the basics of arnis. Attacks, defenses and patterns and get to know a few locals who are getting into the swing of things in Filipino Martial Arts.
Who this is for:
Beginners interested in the art of FMA. Stick and knife fighting.
$5 Drop in.
RSVP Required as we only have so many slots.
It's every Thursday at 5pm (unless you don't see this posted)
Max 10-12 people in a class.
We use the proceeds from this event to purchase more equipment for the group, alongside donating to animal conservation and tree planting.
