• What would people like from the group

• How best to share the expertise and good practice in the group

• What resources are available to help us understand the issues

• The best format(s) for the group - online, face-to-face, presentations, structured discussions, joint projects

• How best can the model described by John, and similar ones, be replicated elsewhere
