In or November Forum we will discuss how we can get a more citizen centred democracy to address the climate crisis. Both Irenie Ekkeshis and Catriona Rawthorne work for organisations trying to do just that. They will tell us what they do and how locally we can increase citizen engagement in the decisions that affect us.

**Doug Taylo**r will also be joining us. Doug is a former Council Leader.. Doug is known for his inclusive style of leadership and believes in community engagement even championing the idea of neighbourhood budgets. We will be asking him if neighbourhood and party politics are in conflict with each other and what can be done to change it
