### Arrival & Form a Group

* Arrive, grab a name tag, and order your drink 🍹
* You will form a group of **4–6 people** freely and voluntarily based on arrival time

## 🔄 How the Event Works

* We play in small groups of 4–6 people.
* You’re free to stay with your group as long as you’d like **or** switch tables to meet new people at any time.
* Every \~40 minutes, the host will come around and suggest a table change for those who want to mix things up.
* If you’d like to join a new group but aren’t sure where to go, just ask the host — they’ll be happy to introduce you to a new table.
* There’s no pressure: some people prefer staying with the same group, others love moving around. Both are totally fine!
* After the game rounds, there’s free time to mingle, replay your favorite games, or just chat and connect.

### 🕒 Arrivée & Formation d’un groupe

* Arrivez, récupérez votre badge prénom et commandez votre boisson 🍹
* Vous formerez un groupe de 4 à 6 personnes librement et volontairement selon votre heure d’arrivée

### 🔄 Comment ça marche

* On joue en petits groupes de 4 à 6 personnes.
* Vous êtes libre de rester avec votre groupe aussi longtemps que vous le souhaitez **ou** de changer de table à tout moment pour rencontrer de nouvelles personnes.
* Toutes les \~40 minutes, l’organisateur passera aux tables pour proposer à ceux qui le souhaitent de changer de groupe.
* Si vous voulez rejoindre un nouveau groupe mais ne savez pas où aller, n’hésitez pas à demander à l’organisateur — il se fera un plaisir de vous présenter.
* Aucune pression : certains préfèrent rester avec le même groupe, d’autres adorent bouger et rencontrer du monde. Les deux options sont parfaitement OK !
* Après les parties, il y aura un moment libre pour discuter, rejouer à vos jeux préférés ou simplement faire connaissance.
