The Giving Leadership an Opportunity to Share Security (GLOSS) are hosting their first Summit focused on leadership in tech April 4th, 2018. The Summit will bring together 6-8 global tech experts & thought leaders in public, private, government & tech.
All events free, no barriers, we want to see you there! Featuring a speaker line-up of from technical, business, academia & leadership. Our volunteer organisation is new, establishing in the USA as GLOSS & The Netherlands as GLOS.

Dr. Anita D’Amico CEO of Code Dx, Inc., application security products, Director of Secure Decisions, cybersecurity R&D. Code Dx was spun-out from Applied Visions, Inc. (AVI) to commercialize the innovative technologies developed by its Secure Decisions division. Anita refers to herself as “a starter-upper”, developing a vision & fuels it with the energy, communication & leadership needed to make that vision a reality. Repeating this success throughout her 35+ years in advanced tech. Creating the Secure Decisions division of AVI. in 2000, developing new technologies to enhance cyber situational awareness, built it into a recognized leader in government-sponsored cybersecurity research. Research resulted in commercial products such as the Code Dx AppSec management solutions, OWASP Code Pulse for pen testers & Flying Squirrel Wi-Fi security suite. Although Anita has 20+ years in cybersecurity, starting as the head of Northrop Grumman’s 1st Info Warfare team, her background differs from most. A human factors psychologist specialising in cybersecurity situational awareness & a security researcher. Fascinated by & studying the human characteristics of software devs that affect the quality & security of the code they produce. An advocate for cybersecurity, serves in professional orgs, published & a lively conference speaker. Testifying for the Congressional Subcommittee on Science & Tech on cyber security R&D & education. Previously leading research projects in other domains including manned space, surveillance aircraft, & the merchant marine @Code_Dx

Alyssa as a Computer Specialist for the US DOT, Federation Aviation Administration, FOIA & Electronic Records Management efforts for the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. Electronic Systems Center Innovation Challenge, Air Force Research Laboratory Advanced Course in Engineering & Commander’s Challenge. Alyssa is an advocate for Women in Tech, mentoring @its_a_lisa

She acquired a deep understanding of the intersection between her company’s IT infrastructure & legal work in the areas of info governance, document retention, litigation holds/eDiscovery.
