I first experienced a gong bath at the Big Retreat Festival in 2019. I personally found it very relaxing, inspiring and nurturing.

It is £11 per person and you buy your own ticket on line.

We will meet at 5.45pm at the venue , the gong bath is then one hour and I have allowed a further 15 minutes, optional, for discussion/sharing after the gong bath.
